1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing and using TagDJ ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please uninstall the App.

2. Description of Service

TagDJ is a Shopify application that uses artificial intelligence to optimize product descriptions and populate product metafields. The service includes AI-powered description generation, metafield extraction, and product data management.

3. Credits and Billing

• TagDJ operates on a credit-based system. Each product optimization consumes credits.
• Free accounts receive a limited number of trial credits.
• Paid plans provide monthly credit allocations and can be managed through the App's billing page.
• All billing is processed through Shopify's billing system.
• Credits are non-refundable except when a processing error occurs, in which case credits are automatically refunded.

4. AI-Generated Content

• Product descriptions are generated using AI and should be reviewed before publishing.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content.
• You are responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-generated content before it is applied to your store.

5. Data and Privacy

Your use of TagDJ is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We access product data to provide the service but do not collect customer personal data.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to circumvent billing or credit systems
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the App
• Use the App in a way that could damage or impair the service

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TagDJ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Termination

You may stop using TagDJ at any time by uninstalling the App from your Shopify store. Upon uninstallation, your data will be deleted according to our Privacy Policy.
